WOD 062112: ITS HOT!!!


This morning we worked on some high bar back squats for sets across for 5’s.  As for the conditioning we did a pretty brutal workout that consisted some really intense movements.  We had to close evening classes cause it was just WAY to hot in the gym to workout safely. This morning we worked on some high bar back squats for sets across for 5’s.  As for the conditioning we did a pretty brutal workout that consisted some really intense movements.  We had to close evening classes cause it was just WAY to hot in the gym to workout safely.

Remember to hydrate and BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE to the GYM!!  It is very important that during these really hot days to make sure your body can operate correctly!
