Happy Wednesday Team Novem! For the strength/skill portion we worked on Strict Toes to Bar. Much like when doing a strict pullup we do not kip when it is a strict toes to bar exercise. Try to keep the core tight, toes pointed, and legs straight when doing this exercise. For the workout, we wanted to introduce the Wall Climbs to our members. Remember to keep the core tight the entire time and try to touch the wall with your body.
