WOD 102411: Jump – Slam – Pull


Today we worked on Turkish Getups today in our strength and skill portion of the workout.  Although it was new to a lot of people, everyone did a great job in the movement!  For the second portion of the workout we did a grueling 15 minute AMRAP which everyone battled through!  Great job everyone!
