Happy Hump day folks!  Today we did a pretty challenging workout with lots of burpees and front squats.  Nice job by everyone who fought through all five rounds of this tough workout.  Also welcome back Anna Belc!

On another note we all want to see  everyone all the time at the gym but sometimes you need to take care of yourselves.  So if your performance is not where you want it to be please ask yourselves these questions:

Are you doing the recommended 3 on and 1 day off formula?

Are you eating a healthy diet?

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you focusing on your weaknesses rather then always working on your strengths?
