WOD 070812: Filthy Fifty


Happy Sunday Folks!  Today we wanted to do a challenging Benchmark that consists of high reps with many different exercises.  It was really great to see that so many people did such an awesome job at this tough WOD.   Conditioning WOD: “Filthy Fifty” 50 Box Jumps 50 Jumping Pull Ups 50 Kettle Bell Swings
