Today we focused on sets across in our Push Press, if you added weight during your sets at any point especially in your last set you never went heavy enough…sigh. When we say sets across you should experience some fatigue on the 5th rep of every set, NOT FAILURE. We are building muscular endurance folks!

Tip for the rest of the summer, come to class HYDRATED!!! It’s getting supper hot and humid. This heat will zap you! Keep fluids in and stay way from beverages that will dehydrate you… so if its not water or something with very little sugar and electrolytes (ex. sports drinks) try to avoid it.
