WOD 050812: Happy Birthday Godwin!


Lots of event today, Godwin’s Birthday (celebrated in a 34# vest…seesh), a visit from an old friend- “Good to see you Steph” and a Filthy Fifties inspired squat-tastic WOD! We also changed up our Skill/Strength portion today as well with 10 minutes of Mobility Work. Mobility work is really important people! We spend so much time getting stronger

We also changed up our Skill/Strength portion today as well with 10 minutes of Mobility Work. Mobility work is really important people! We spend so much time getting stronger and faster… So in order to maintain all our new found success we MUST MOBILIZE! No sense of developing strong short muscles, get the most out of your body by staying loose and keep those muscle long & strong.
