Happy Thursday everyone! We started off the day with some low bar back squats going for a new three rep max. Remember folks when doing any strength lift remember to keep your core tight throughout the movement. This will ensure that you do not “break form” at the bottom of the squat. For the metcon we brought back the medball clean. This movement involves the big strug that we are looking for and then a fast drop to catch the ball. This is essential for any olympic lift.
