We started this week off working on some pullups. Whether you have strict kipping pullups, assisted kipping pullups, or just doing jumping pullups it is important to get better at this movement. For the workout we did some thrusters, burpees, and pullups! Remember folks with the weather getting hotter and more humid out make sure you go light on the chalk when doing pullups or you can tear! Also make sure you bring a water bottle with you!
