Happy the 13th everyone! We started our Friday off with some High Bar Back Squats working on 4 sets of 3 reps each of this movement. Nice job by Chris Godwin, Ben, Dan, Nicola, Mike, Krys, and Jackie for getting their new PRs on this lift. Remember guys that when you are doing any lift make sure you check your foot position before each lift! This will help you generate more power with better stability. It was a challenging workout for some of our folks who decided to do the run. We are glad to have Krys and Kirk back after their little running adventure!
