We wanted to kick off the Friday with the Split Jerks. We worked on form for this lift to ensure speed underneath the bar. It was really great to see our newer members performing this lift. Nice job everyone! For the workout we did an 8 minute AMRAP of Push Presses and Double Unders. The weight for this workout was fairly challenging so it was great to see everyone who stepped up to do it RX.
