Happy Thursday Folks! We worked on Push Jerks for the strength portion of the workout focusing on fast transition under the bar. Great job by Andrew, Jackie, and Sydney for getting new PRs on this lift! Great job guys! For the workout we did a fun 4 rounds of thrusters, swings, and kipping pullups. It was Alla’s first pullup workout and she did an awesome job powering through it! Nice work!
