WOD 020812: Press Kettlebell Swings Ring Rows Pushups


Today we did a long AMRAP of Ring Rows KB Swings and Pushups.  It was great to see some of our folks going prescribed on the KB Swings on a heavier weight!  Remember that we will scale you down to a more manageable weight if we feel that you are not practicing the movements safely.
