Happy Thirsty Thursday folks! Today we wanted to bring yet another varaition to the Burpees by doing pullups in between! Don’t forget that we will only have the 10am class on Saturday the 14th with guest trainer Lee Koontz from CrossFit South Philly! (And no Ken there will be no autograph sessions after class)
For all the folks going to watch the competition we are now leaving at 7AM not 6:30am because they pushed the registration back a half hour. Please meet at the box for Joe will be leaving at 7am sharp!
