Happy Friday Everyone! Today broke down the Snatch movement by focusing on the Snatch Deadlift, Snatch Pull, and Muscle Snatch. In order to complete this dynamic lift we must make sure that we get better at each part of the movement. For the WOD we applied the techniques we practiced in the Skill portion with Power Snatches and Knees to Elbows in a quick AMRAP.
Remember when we are recording our times and scalings if ANY part of the workout is scaled the whole WOD is scaled.
