Alright everyone, here is the WOD for the Grand Opening this Saturday, Oct 1st!!

The WOD, the heats and the times are posted below. If you need to scale please let one of the CrossFit Novem trainers know before your heat. Please check in a half hour before your heat so we know that you have arrived. We will go over the standards and scoring for the WOD before it starts. We will announce the Top Male and Female finisher at the end of the heats!

The party will begin shortly after the WOD so if there is anything you would like to bring for the BBQ (ie food, chairs, etc…) We will also be accepting donations for the party. Don’t forget to check out our CrossFit Novem T-shirts before you go!

PARKING

A quick note about parking – Octoberfest going on at the Frankford Beerhall that day, so the street is closed.  There is also the river city festival so parking will be at a premium.

There is street parking nearby, but get there early so you have time to figure it out and have a good spot to watch! We are asking everyone to refrain from parking in the parking lot because we will be doing the WOD outside.
