Today was our inaugural Barbell class and what a better way to start off these sessions with an Olympic Total.
We started with the Total because in order to move through these sessions we need to establish a “baseline” to what you can lift currently. These numbers are simply a guideline for all of your assistance lifts that will not only make you stronger in your Olympic & Power lifts but it will make you a more fluid and controlled lifter.
Olympic lifting takes a great deal of Power, Speed & Coordination, just to name a few. Our main objective in our Barbell Class is to make you better at the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We will take this hour session to pick you apart; frame by frame and dial in on any flaws that we see in your lifts.
